Syracuse ffc has by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a fun center. The employees just don't care about the customers. They just stand behind the front desk chatting with one another regardless of any customers needing help. Our group constantly waited for the employees to finish their conversations before coming to help us, sometimes for as long as 15 minutes at a time. Trying to get their attention is a hopeless effort. I was told our group couldn't have our own game of laser tag, but then was kept out of a game soon afterwards for another small group to have their own private game. The employees are rude. Their training is obviously terrible as the employees have no idea how to work anything. And you just have to deal with the horrible customer service. If you make a complaint to the manager, the manager will make it a point to announce to everyone to not give you any special privilages even if that is not what you were asking for. They would rather lose money than help customers.
