Dr Jensen is the only reason to go here. The rest of the staff is inadequate, it always seems to be unorganized, they scream back and forth through the lobby and rooms to speak to other associates and takes a minimum of 2 full weeks to get any kind of glasses finished after you order. This has been a problem for them for the last 10 years that I have gone there. They always tell you 5-7 business days to get the new prescription glasses or contacts, but it has never been less than 2 weeks
