ROOSTERS BREWING COMPANY
Ten years ago, a restaurant called Roosters hatched on Ogden's Historic 25th street. Housed in a quaint, 115-year-old building, the original Roosters included an outdoor patio with weekly summer barbecues and a unique ambiance conducive to mingling with friends.
The place quickly became the "gathering spot" for Ogden's diverse and eclectic population. It's not unusual to see mud-splattered mountain bikers enjoying burgers and brews at one table while more formally dressed couples enjoy herb-crusted rack of lamb and fine wine at another.
In late summer 2005, the Roosters vibe was introduced to Layton. From geographical, philosophical and culinary perspectives, the new location is just off what locals call "Restaurant Row." Roosters is unlike anything else Layton has to offer. Roosters is the county's first and only micro brewery and boasts what is arguably the city's most unique menu.
As we move forward, we'll update this history. We hope you'll be a part of it.
