Products / Brewery

Welcome! We are an independent locally-owned business with locations in Ogden and Layton. We have a serious passion for good eats, great brews and giving back to wonderful communities which we live, work and play. Our eclectic style and unique Roosters’ vibe make it the perfect gathering place for any occasion. While we arguably have the best food, we also do some pretty amazing things. Check out our special events that we love or our amazing Endurance Team page.

Bee’s Knees Honey Wheat
Originally introduced as a Brewer’s Special, this unfiltered wheat beer with a touch of honey flavor met with such demand that we made it a regular offering. Try one and find out what the buzz is all about.

Heavenly Cream Ale (Layton Location Only)
Don’t wait for the second coming! A full-bodied, creamy, blond ale. Lightly hopped with Willamette hops, this refreshing beer is brewed with flaked rice and extra Carapils malt to lend a creamy body to this ale.

Polygamy Pale Ale
“Hoppy” can mean either bitter or aromatic. In this case it means both – in abundance! Polygamy Pale Ale: Try one and you’ll want another, and another, and another…You may even want to buy the T-shirt!

Diamondback Ale (Layton Location Only)
Brewed in honor of our friends at Hill Air Force Base, this copper ale soars with toasted malts, including hearty helpings of Special Roast, Vienna and (of course) Victory malt, with a Cascade hop finish to give it a bite.

Two-Bit Amber
There was a time when a man could satisfy his every earthly desire for a mere twenty-five cents on Historic 25th Street in Ogden. Our amber ale is a tribute to those days past. Brewed with three varieties of hops, caramel malt and a touch of roasted barley, the Two-Bit Amber Ale brings back the flavor of the past.

Junction City Chocolate Stout
Train your taste buds on this one! We use six varieties of malt in our stout, including boxcar portions of chocolate malt which lends a roasted, mocha flavor to the beer. Rich and robust, Junction City Chocolate Stout is not for the faint of palate.
